A luxury private villa with swimming pool surrounded by olive trees located in the wonderful village Pessade 8km from Argostoli and just 0.4km from the small sand beach of Pessada.

It consists of 3 bedrooms:
- 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom and a porch with amazing sea view.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed next to the main bathroom of the villa and entrance to the pool.
- 1 extra utility room with a sofa (turns into bed) and a small gym area.

It also consists:
Large full house equipped kitchen and fireplace – parking for 2 cars – pool – barbeque.

The villa is decorated with black leather sofas which combined to the black granite and the plasma TV offer a luxurious stay. Of course all bedrooms have Air Condition and TV.
In just 0,4km there is a small tavern with music and a minimarket for your necessities. In 4km there are big supermarkets and the airport is 8km away.
